Transportation
We know that many of you are travelling from out of state and may be coming in to explore the Northeast the week before. Whether by train, plane, or car, there are several options for getting to Groton, CT.
As mentioned, shuttle services to and from the wedding venue will be provided to all guests staying at one of the listed Mystic hotels. All of the hotels offer parking options but may charge additional overnight fees during your stay. Free parking at the Branford House Uconn campus will be available to guests during the wedding events, but may be limited if you prefer to drive but may be limited. Uconn parking security will be present on site during the events.

There are several airports in the Northeast that provide access to transportation options to New London, CT which is adjacent to Mystic and Groton. Marriott and many other local hotels in Mystic are ≈10 minutes from the New London train station.

• Proceed straight on campus entrance road and take your second left.

From the east (Providence, Boston) – Take I-95 S to exit 87 (left side exit), Clarence B. Sharp Hwy/CT-349 toward US-1 (1.9 mi). At the second set of stoplights, take a right (you will see a sign here for the University of Connecticut at Avery Point). At the next corner and set of lights, take a left. Follow this road for several miles, straight, past Pfizer and the Shennecossett Golf Course. Shortly after the golf course, you will come to the entrance on the right side for the University (big blue sign) just before a sharp curve.
From the west (New Haven, New York) – Take I-95 N to exit 87 Clarence B. Sharp Hwy/CT-349 toward US-1 (1.9 mi). At the second set of stoplights, take a right (you will see a sign here for the University of Connecticut at Avery Point). At the next corner and set of lights, take a left. Slight right at CT-32/Mohegan Avenue Parkway; continue to follow CT-32 (3.3 mi). Merge onto I-95 N/US-1 N via the ramp to Providence/Groton (1.7 mi). Take exit 87 Clarence B. Sharp Hwy/CT-349 toward US-1 (1.9 mi). At the second set of stoplights, take a right (you will see a sign here for the University of Connecticut at Avery Point). Visitor Parking
There are two designated parking spots for Admissions visitors in the parking lot adjacent to the Branford House.
There are visitor spots available on the "Parking loop" past the Police station utilizing the Pay by Phone app
There are metered parking space options in Parking Area D
Handicapped parking is available in Parking Area C (outside Branford House) in designated spots.
